On Friday the 28th of September, we we’re delighted to join in the Macmillan’s World’s Biggest Coffee Morning. The event fundraises toward supporting people who are facing cancer. It was a brilliant turn out with desks full of delicious treats, and smiles on staff member’s faces.
Along with pin the cherry on the cake (Mr Karasz) and how long is the sausage roll (Miss Fraser), we had our very own bake off! It is safe to say it was extremely hard to decide which to pick, they were all magnificent.
But, there has to be a winner:
Mrs Carvell won the Nom, Nom, Nom challenge.
Miss Cronin won Don’t Quit your Day Job.
Miss Holland won Star Baker.
We raised £350.19, well done and thank you to all who took part.
